I orderd a new screen, I paid it. The parcel was sent - and then went back to FP, following the tracking-number I got by e-mail.
I tried to contact Fairphone-Support. The onyl possibility was through the mask on their hp, I left my mail there - and never got a reaction: Is that normal? Is that what is called support?
Does anyone from Fairphone read here?

please be aware that the response time is more than 18 days.
You can check if you request is received by using your email on the seport page.
Normaal you will receive a automatic email as well ( check your spambox):
For urgent questions you can try contact Fairphone using the live chat. please use your existing request nummer to prevent making multiple seport requests, creating multiple requests will only increase te reply time.
And check contactsupport wiki for information how to contact Fairphone support.

Same situation here. Ordered battery for FP3 / was send to a pickupshop without any notice to me / returned to FP / opened a request at January 25, 2025 / up today 4 weeks without a response
