2 months ago I bought a new FP6 and a bad day it did not turn on, just a black screen, no avail charging it.
I opened a support ticket and they told me to send the phone using the labels they were going to send me.
The problem is that I still have not received any label… Tried the live chat on line but it does not work: “Couldn’t load messages”.
Is there a way to call someone of Fairphone? Apparently they do not reply to email messages…

Hello, have you used the self-repair portal? I believe it could generate a RMA label for you provided you purchased the phone directly from the Fairphone
Fairphone makes DIY repairs of your tech so much easier, with handy guides, tutorial videos, diagnostic tools, detailed schematics, and more.
Is it this case?
This morning my FP6 does not turn on (I normally keep it off during nights). I am trying charging it with the usual charger but nothing happens. The phone looks dead. Help please!
Edited to ask which device and browser you used for live chat?
My FP6 is under warranty, if I try to repair it myself that would void the warranty…
Not keen to do that!!
I think there has been some misunderstanding here.
Let me quote FP Community Manager
If you have an issue with your Fairphone please always use the Self Repair Portal . Ideally the issue is resolved through the easy to follow step by step troubleshooting guides. If that’s not the case you can send your Fairphone straight to repair, or open a case with our support team. It’s important that all issues that cannot be solved through the troubleshooting guides are flagged to CS this way, so that they can keep track of the number of cases and see if several customers are affected by the same issue.
I am not suggesting you open your phone if you do not feel like that.
