Hi, I got a Fairphone 6 with e/OS over the summer. Spotify has stopped working when I am on data, even when I have 5G. I get a “Something went wrong. Have another go” error almost every time I use my data. I am trying to download things in advance on WiFi, but I am hoping there might be an answer. Spotify also sometimes says I am offline when I am connected to Wifi. I’ve turned off all the settings I can see related to it and then back on again. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Perhaps it helps to clear the cache of the app.
Make sure Spotify isn’t open.
Go to Settings
Go to Apps
Find Spotify
Go to Storage and cache
Clear cache.
