When I listen to a WhatsApp, Signal or other message on my FP6, and I swipe my finger in front of the camera, WITHOUT TOUCHING THE SCREEN, the message stops and goes back to where it started. Does anyone else have this issue?
Your finger will likely be passing over the proximity sensor, that’s used, for example, to detect when you hold the phone to your ear (and so turn off the screen).
It’s quite likely that returning to the start of the message is by design.
