Vodafone DE released the update on my FP4 two days ago.
Installed today, so far no troubles.
Finally got the update today as well (Vodafone Germany).
Fyi. I got it only 3 days ago in M-Budget (also in the Swisscom Net)
I have Vaderphone and Telekom an nothing happend 
(Dual SIM)
Have you tried selectively disabling one of the SIMs and then manually checking for updates? If it doesnât find any, disable the other SIM and check again?
Not saying it should or might work, but since itâs just a couple clicks itâs probably worth the effort. The rationale being that since by now both providers have released the update, something must be stuck in your specific configuration, and deselecting individual providers might unblock things.
