I can't call anybody or get called; maybe because of VoLTE?

Hi Fairphone community! I have a big problem with my Fairphone 4 in combination with my provider “Spusu” (austria). For over two weeks I have a problem concerning the signal when I try to call somebody or when somebody tries to call me. I have a working signal, I can use the Internet via my network provider “Spusu” even when I turn off my WLAN. I can send and get SMS, I can call somebody via the App “Signal”, but I can’t call somebody or get a phone call the regular way. When I try to call som…
