Thank you for your advice! To my surprise, the restart now worked. I’ll have a look on this erratic behaviour.

Is there an official statement why this update is still not available for many users after almost 4 weeks? Is this to be expected, can it really take that long? I doubt it. Can we do something about it? Is Fairphone doing something about it? How to proceed?

Take this to your provider. And please: Search & Read before posting. This has been clarified a million times in this forum. Some providers, like Vodafone, Telekom and Proximus, are known to delay updates, sometimes even for months.
