i have Skype installed, and it is configured to notify for “new instant messages”: i have checked “notification sound”, “notification light” and “notification vibrations”. “Notifications” are (of course…) set to ON. however, it doesn’t do any of the three… i have tried to turn notifications OFF and ON again, to no avail… is this a known issue, or is there something wrong with my setup?
Thread started a few months ago but last postings are recent, so maybe still relevant. If so, downgrading to a previous version of skype might be a (temporary) solution?
