Shortcut for Google Wallet

Hello together!

Since two weeks I’m using the Fairphone 6 and till now I’m absolutely happy about the decision to have bought it!
But:

Is there any possibility to set a shortcut to access Google Wallet?
That was one thing I loved about my iPhone before - there it was a double press of the home button.
The only option which is a little faster would be pressing the icon at the bottom right corner of the lock screen - but it doesn’t feel good and doesn’t work well if you have facial recognition enabled.

Google Wallet works for payment without opening it if it’s set as standard for NFC payments within the app.

If you want to access it you can simply drag the app symbol to your home screen anywhere you like. Hope this helps.

The feature with double pressing the power button to access the wallet should arrive with Android 16 regarding to various sources.

So, this will take a while…but come eventually to Fairphone 6 as well.
