If it was me and there’d be no important data without a backup on the phone, I would wipe the phone completely and start from scratch using TWRP (old guides, use the current fp2-sibon-18.04.1-ota-userdebug.zip for that …
You could try the TWRP way to completely wipe the phone and make a clean install from scratch … I found that to be very helpful and reliable when trying out different OSes.
Attention! This will remove the installed OS and all your data from the phone (which most things labeled “factory reset” on the Fairphone 2 will not completely do).

Ich denke nicht. Ich denke eher, dass mehrere Installationen hintereinander evtl. irgendetwas hinterlassen haben, das jetzt dazwischen funkt.
Aber wenn jetzt TWRP (die Recovery von Fairphone Open OS) läuft, dann ist das ganze recht einfach in den Griff zu bekommen, damit kann man nämlich das Gerät blitzblank löschen und ganz sauber neu installieren.
Installationen per TWRP brauchen jedoch andere Dateien als per fastboot, also zuerst von hier fp2-sibon-17.10.1-ota-userdebug.zip herunterladen.
