Hi there! My FP4 screen came loose. I went through the repair troubleshooter but it seems this falls under “my issue isn’t listed” so now I have to wait for support to get back to me. In the past my issues were resolved in 2 weeks (February 2024) and several months (this summer), but at the moment there is no indication in the automated reply how long they’ll take to get back to me.
