Screen FP3+ doesn't react correctly any more

hi, the touchscreen of my FP3+ doesnts react properly any more.
swiping is not possible anymore and typing a diget is almost impossible. when typing one diget there appears up to seven of the typet diget.
it is not dameged as far as I can see and it hasnt fallen ar anything.
the problem as occured earlyer, it came and later (few hours) dissapeared out of nothing.

reaching out to Fairphone its self havent helpt yet, not even an anwser. and the chat is only available thurs- and friday between 9 an 12.
(did I became a grumpy old man, or is that just bad service?)

hope some one has the solution for my not working phone.

If disconnecting and reconnecting the screen doesn’t work, and as a workaround so that you can back up the data you have on the phone, connecting a USB mouse and/or keyboard through the phone’s USB-C (you can use an adapter with OTG) could help you to operate it without touching the screen and be able to extract the information you have on it.

the first try it did not help.
the second time I took apart the screen and put it back the problem is solved!

It still feels a bit unstabible/unsafe, I hope it will keep working.

I wonder I I need to change the screen ( €89,- ) …
