Hallo zusammen.
Ich habe ein Problem mit der Rückwand meines Fairphone und komme trotz mehrerer Versuche nicht weiter.
Ausgangspunkt war, dass ich zunächst unsicher war, wo sich der SD-Karten-Slot befindet. In einer Online-Anleitung stand, dass man dafür die Rückwand entfernen müsse, was ich getan habe. Dabei habe ich keine SD-Karte eingesetzt.
Seitdem lässt sich die Rückwand nicht mehr korrekt anbringen.
Ich habe sie exakt nach Anleitung angesetzt, aber sie lässt sich nicht nach oben schieben bzw. einrasten. Ich habe bewusst keinen Druck ausgeübt, um keine Schäden zu verursachen.
Um einen Defekt der Rückwand auszuschließen, habe ich eine neue Ersatz-Rückwand gekauft. Leider tritt mit dieser exakt dasselbe Problem auf.
Der Chatbot konnte mir nicht helfen, und vom Support habe ich bislang keine Antwort erhalten.
Das ist besonders frustrierend, da Fairphone damit wirbt, dass Geräte von Nutzern selbst geöffnet, repariert und wieder zusammengesetzt werden können. In meinem Fall scheint das jedoch nicht zu funktionieren, obwohl ich sehr vorsichtig vorgegangen bin und sogar ein Ersatzteil verwendet habe.
Hat jemand im Forum ein ähnliches Problem gehabt oder einen Hinweis, wie sich die Rückwand korrekt anbringen lässt?

I’m experiencing an issue with the back cover of my Fairphone and haven’t been able to resolve it despite several attempts.
Initially, I was unsure where the SD card slot was located. An online instruction mentioned that the back cover needs to be removed, so I removed it. I did not insert an SD card.
Since then, I have not been able to properly reattach the back cover.
I placed it back exactly as described in the instructions, but it does not slide into place or lock properly. I deliberately avoided using force to prevent damaging the device.
To rule out a defective back cover, I purchased a new replacement back cover. Unfortunately, I am experiencing the exact same issue with the new one.
The chatbot was not helpful, and I have not received any response from support so far.
This is particularly frustrating because Fairphone advertises its devices as being easy for users to open, repair, and reassemble themselves. In my case, this does not seem to work, despite careful handling and even using a new replacement part.
Has anyone in the community experienced a similar issue or can provide advice on how to properly attach the back cover?
