Returning a Fairphone Fairphone 2

Hi, I am wondering if other people are having trouble trying to return a Fairphone 2 which is just not working properly. I have had a number of problems, including the main mic stopping working. I’ve been offered a new module but given the various issues I’ve had I feel like I should be entitled to a refund as this phone just does not meet reasonable expectations - especially for a product that costs hundreds of euros.
