I recently placed an order for a flip cover, but I mistakenly selected the one for the Fairphone 4 instead of the Fairphone 5, which is the model I own.
From what I can see in my order status (as shown in the attached files), the product has not been shipped yet. Since I have not received it, I would like to request a full refund for this item so that I can purchase the correct flip cover for my Fairphone 5.
Could you please confirm whether this is possible?

There is no flip case for the FP5 (at least none from the company Fairphone itself). The FP4 flip case will sit on the FP5, but it will completely cover the third microphone and does not perfectly align with the camera bump, see here:
