I replaced the screen on my FP5 and since then, the front camera shows a blank screen. I tried to replace it with the older on, but the screw head has worn down so cannot take the screen off now. The support has been impossible to contact so I have no idea how to do anything.

Which phone and are you sure all connections at all ends are properly in seated?

I followed the instructions on the video. It all clicked into place. The problem is that one of the screws has worn down so I cannot unscrew the screen again to check.
But I’m afraid you have to. There might be a cable missing or a foil left on the opening for the selfie camera.
You can find a lot of tricks or life hacks to remove a worn out screw, from chewing gum, to glue, pliers, a drill or whatever.
