Reinstall lineage problem bootscreen

Hope you guys can help me.

I (as Fairphone Angel) recieved a message with the following problem:

I have Lineageos installed p my FP4 and rooted with Magisk, works fine! Wanted to try TWRP once, was not successful. So installed Lineage’s recovery again. Now the phone doesn’t get beyond boot screen…, don’t get into recovery either. Fastboot and ADB no longer work, so I can’t do anything with it anymore… Luckily I still have an FP3…
Any ideas? Love to hear from U…

Sounds for me as a case for the repair center. I’d recommend to contact FP support and ask for a repair (even though probably not free of cost).
