A lot of random reboots is caused by the configuration of 4g/5g on particular transmitters. So yes, it is most probably related.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but for context: this happened in Japan with UQ Mobile carrier
I would like to advise you set your SIM card to 4G/3G/2G only. No 5G.

To me, these reboots also happened in Japan! Two were in Osaka near the castle. One was somewhere in shinkansen, and the last one I don’t remember.
After disabling 5G, I got no more reboots (but we were travelling all the time so I can’t say for sure if it helped).
On the other hand, I’ve now spent 2 weeks in Indonesia (often on 5G) and no problems.
I’ve tried this after seeing your comment, and have not experienced a single reboot since!
