To avoid any confusion, note that:
Fairphone does not see the forum as an official support channel and rather as a place for discussion amongst Fairphone owners and/or people interested in Fairphone.Although Fairphone staff do occasionally show up on the forum, it is unlikely/impossible that they will read everything that’s going on.
The community moderators and Angels are not Fairphone staff .
The forum remains a user forum not more not less and is not to report issues to Fairphone. And just a preventive comment: to discuss this here any further is off-topic so kindly refrain from doing so. Thanks.
