Short update (2 months later):
The problem stopped just as randomly as it started. I did not knowingly change anything. So if anyone has the same problem: I still don’t have any solution for it. Just hope.
I am using /e/os with the same issue.
Someone reported it seemed to be a service being blocked from it’s tracking site and using all memory.
I set developer mode on so I could see memory usage and it hasn’t happened for several days now.
Maybe developer mode includes some memory protection.
I have also continued restarting the phone every morning.
I also habitually force close apps I am not currently using.
I installed the update to Android 14 a few days ago and since then I have had no more problems with reboots by connecting to a WLAN with 802.11r. For me, the case of reboots is finally closed.
I had opened a case with the support, shared all the information I have and also linked this thread.

Came here in hopes of a solution, as I have the same issue, but none of the suggestions in this thread seem to work.
I had a case of constant reboots about a year ago, which I couldn’t figure out the exaxt case / solution; I removed the battery for ~1 day, and (after reading through forums), when inserting it, switched of 5g. The phone then worked again.
Same happend around the same time of the year this year, with 5g already turned off. Removed the battery again, and a dayy later the issue disappeared. Funnily enough, it was also right at sep 30th / oct 1st, so maybe for some reason that change of month was an issue?
However, it happened today again, when connected to WiFi or cellular. 5G is disabled, custom launcher disabled, with or without WiFi, nothing seems to work now. It’s getting really frustrating and annoying, I rely on the phone for work reasons.
Makes me start to wonder if choosing the FP5 was the right move; my wife got a new phone (other brand) right around the same time as me, and never had any issue. If I wasn’t still paying for this one via my carrier, I’d probably looking at other ones right now.
If anyone has other stuff I could try, please let me know…
