Random Battery charge level

Hi,
Since yesterday, although my battery is charged around 70/80%, the charge level suddenly drops to 3/4% (not event touching the phone). Need several reboots to be back to it’s “real” charge level.

I’ve tried with my old battery, same issue (sudden drop of charge level without using the phone, and need to get off the battery or reboot a lot of time to recover the normal charge level…

Any idea?

Sounds like proper cleaning of all contacts is needed or a loose battery in the compartment.
Act accordingly.
