Often when I try to scan QR codes that are being displayed on another display with my Fairphone 6, the screen is too bright and the camera can’t recognize the QR code. Sometimes I can make it work by going further away and closer again with my phone, or by reducing the brightness on the scanner screen. But not all apps allow you to reduce the brightness on the scanning screen, for example I use it for paying with the TWINT app and theres no option to reduce the brightness when trying to scan a QR code. This is really annoying, especially because all the coffee machines and snack machines in my school display QR codes that are way too bright to scan with my phone.
