Purchasing apps does not work in App Lounge due to anonimity setting

Hi all,

I want to install an app in the app lounge which must be paid for.

However I get the notification that apps which require payment cannot be installed in anonymous mode and that I should login with my Google account.

I have a Google account on the phone and it seems as if I’m logged in but I still cannot purchase the app.

Do you have any idea how I can solve that or what I might be missing?

Can you use Google play store?

Just checked it…I do not have Google play store on my device and it is also not hidden. When I search it in the App Lounge it does not turn up as an option to install

Yes, that’s correct and it seems as if my primary account was a murena.io one

Try the app lounge, there you have to use your Google account.
