Problems with microphone at making videos

since a few days I have massive problems while making videos. The sound is always so quiet that you can barely hear it. Do you know this and have you perhaps found a solution?

You would be a huge help to me! :blush:

FP5 has 2 or 3 mics, did you check if all of them are free of dirt and you are not holding any of them shut by accident while you record?
