Problems with calling and incoming calls after Android update to >= 12

I did upgrade from android 10 to android 12 (also tried 13), and after this, I can’t hear (even with speakers, no ringtone, but me and my contact can see the call) while making / receiving a call. I did factory reset, tried many mobile network configuration (wifi on/off, 4g on/off …) without success.

My hardware looks fine because I can make/receive call from whatsapp, use my recorder and listen to music.

Is there any way to debug this or advice to fix this issue ?

Did you try VoLTE, VoWifi off?

Which OS do you use, there was not A12 from Fairphone itself.

I did install last /e/ and last iodeOS respectively 12 and 13

So did you also check with stock OS (FPOS)?
Did you contact your network provider?

Good idea, I will try FPOS 13 and 10.
As for provider I will contact them if I make sure an other provider works on my phone

Fastbooting on FPOS 13 fixed my phone call issue. (didn’t have to try FPOS 10).
i will dig a bit more to understand if it’s an issue with the iodeOS or /e/

After installed FPOS 13, now iodeOS 13 works fine with calls.
I noticed FOPS 13 somehow bumped the firmware since the fairphone splashscreen and the bootloader were updated.
So I asume the issues with previous attempts was the FP firmware was still in 10. Then upgrading first FPOS enable using other OS.
