n cant longer connect my Garmin Forerunner 310XT via ANT + under Lineageos. Did that fly out on Andoid 7?
Have the same problem with all my Android phones since 2 days, i’ve heard something, that it is a Garmin app related problem from the last app update and has (hopefully) nothing to do with LineageOS

this has nothing to do with the Garmin app, as it has never supported the old Forerunner models. There is the Garmin ANT+ Watch Uploader app, which has read out the Forerunner watch via ANT, gives.

Can someone test this, who is not on LineageOS?
Info: Under android 5 and 6 it still worked.
When did you switch to LineageOS? Can you be sure that this is not caused by an app update, as @schmulschubiak suggests?
One and a half weeks ago and today I wanted to download my missing entries from the Forerunner.
So, having the timeline in mind, it could still be a problem of the app, do I interpret this correctly?

Yes that could be. 
I have now been confirmed by the developer that the app continues to work on Android seven. So it does not seem to be a problem of the app, but as I suspect, it is because of the implosion of the ANT + interface under LineageOS.

Could you take a look at why this is the case under LineageOS?
Lineage OS seems to lack support for ANT+ “out of the box”.
Someone has managed to solve the issue on a Oneplus 2, though:

That’s annoying. For the app you have to pay 10 euros, but then I do not know if this app works well.

Maybe @chrmhoffmann knows another way to make it work in Lineage OS.

Can you confirm that technically this works with normal fp os?

I pushed something for ant. Let’s see if that works for your on the next update.
I don’t have a device to test this but the ant tester app shows green everywhere.

I have everything installed again and now everything is green.
Will this evening check out the same time, whether my clock can connect to the Fairphone.
