Tu devrais avoir les options ‘ouvrir dans terminal‘ et ‘ouvrir dans powerShell‘ utilise l’'un ou l’'autre

oui c’est ca cool. Et si il n’ya pas de petit triangle a cote ca veut dire que le telephone est bien connecte et reconnu par l’ordinateur

non, pas de triangle flippant.

J’ai toujours 2 problèmes :

• l’installation s’est arrêtée en cours de route

• j’ai relancé l’installer sauf que je ne peux plus acceder au FP3 via son interface normale. Je suis donc bloqué à l’étape suivante

Mince… je vais continuer en anglais au cas ou d’autres personnes veulent se joindre a la conversation.

It seems that the installer bloks itself because the phone was not finish with the initial installation, and is now in between or does not have all the necessary files to continue.

You’ve tried to just start the phone earlier right?

If it is not working I can see a few options:

• try to install e/os manually, it is mentioned at the top of this topic with all the command lines to follow. Here is the link to download e/os for FP3 from their website
  /e/OS official FP3 download
• reinstall FPOS on the FP3 by following this small guide on fairphone website, to turn back the phone to the basic OS it came with.

• you could try to install a different OS with a web installer. I installed iodeOS by just connecting the phone to the laptop and following instruction on their website. There are definitely less steps than e/os to follow.

I would try those options in this order. You could retry to install e/os after the second option too.
