Phone microphone only works well when pinching the corner of the phone

Bottom left corner needs a pinch for people to hear me. Checking with Murena on microphone modules. Hoping for a software fix, wish me luck.

Have you checked if the USB port is sitting firm in position? How to access it (instructions don’t necessarily require an actual replacement):

Assuming charging port is OK have never had an issue charging

Just curious; have you tried putting it on speaker then returning to phone mode? It’s what I have to do in the states. Main reason is this phone isn’t normally supported by all carriers here. This is a troubleshooting step that works a majority of the time. (USA [CDMA], Europe [GSM] 5G network Modes) hope it helps.
