Phone does "Ghosttiping"

Hi Guys,
since a few days, my phone does not, what I ask it to do.
Often, it opens programs and closes them again very fast, even though I hadn’t my fingers on the screen. When my phone does that, I have no chance to work with it. Randomly it calls people from my contactlist, writes nonsense in messages.
I thought it could be something wrong with the screen itself.

Could anyone help me?
