Open links in browser

Hello!
I’m trying to work out how to open URL links in a browser, instead of within apps. On my partner’s phone, this is how it currently looks when you hit a link:

Settings-> Apps -> Gear-Icon at top -> Browser-App

should set the default-browser, that get opened when using links.
