Hi, from time to time, I found my left Fairbuds running low on battery (10%), while the right one still has 100% charge. The result is predictably that the sound is only on the right side (of life). I always use my Fairbuds both simultaneously. And put them both at the same time to recharged. Is anybody has experienced the same situation?
To make it clear : i own in ear fairbuds.
You’ve already addressed what I would have asked otherwise. It seems clear to me this is something you should contact Fairphone Support about: https://support.fairphone.com
Done ! Wait and see.
I remember someone explaining that one earbud works as a controller and uses more energy. I didn’t expect the difference to be that big though
Same thing here. Right now, the left one has 30% while the right one is still on 90%, its annoing and I hope it is an issue that can be resolved with a firmware update.
I found this thread, perhaps you will find some information shared there relevant to your user case
There is obviously some kind of bug as this morning, and after charging, the left one is still down to ten. But by putting it back in the box several times, I’ve managed to get it back to 100%, all of a sudden…
I have the same problem. Once in a while they both work fine for almost two hours and then the right one stops. But most of the times the right one dies within half an hour.
I have the same problem, will open a ticket with support. Today I took the buds out of the case and after 30 min call they told me battery low and disconnect (both of them). I can’t get more than one hour usage out of them, even for music, so something is amiss I guess.
I somehow managed to solve the problem for now by switching the battery between the two buds. Might help.
Thanks for this tip!
I had no sound on left fairbud, after switching batteries both fairbuds work fine!
