Fairphone 5 5G.
Just updated to Android 15.
I’m stuck with no mobile data or 5G connection.
Only Wi-Fi.
I Going to Settings:
Networks & Internet/ SIMs: Orange (active)/
Phone number: unknown
IMEI: (correct)
Select Network: Orange (Disabled)
The SIM worked correctly on 5G when I tested it on another 5G phone.
I reset the “mobile network settings” and with no changes.
I’d like to format the phone to reinstall the latest update from scratch, or if possible, the previous one.
If I don’t fix it, I’ll have to change my phone because the data is inoperable on the street.
Hardware repair is great, but since a phone is made up of hardware and software, without minimal control over the software, our control is incomplete.
I think it would be solved by reinstalling or rolling back to the previous operating system, I don’t think it’s impossible.
I would appreciate any help.
