New Update FPO (Aug 19) GGapps, twrp issues

Hey guys,
after the recent update i had exact the same issue like with the last one. FP2: Fairphone Open 19.02.1 release

But now i can not boot into Android and i’m sticked in Twarp.
Does this update have any new specs?
Version of Twarp? I tried with Twarp 3.2.3.0, 3.3.1.0 and 3.2.1.0
Version of GGApps pico. Still 7.1?
