I’m sorry to read that you still feel so unfamiliar with your phone but there are ways to get help. We have local Fairphone communities all over, so maybe you can contact one in your vicinity to see if somebody can help you out during a coffee meeting or such.
Next to that, there are services and courses in some countries that you have to pay for but which might be interesting for you too to get more acquainted with your smartphone.

It seems that UK and Austria are switched off by default. Is this an error on my side, or does this affect others too? (CC @Esmee)

Thanks for noticing! The Austrian store I’ve activated back.
The UK only has two viewing locations which are not stores, so it has been
decided to not show them on our store locator map. Therefore it would be
great if you can show them on the Angels map!
