Hello,
My phone won’t charge. Whatever charger or cable I use, it doesn’t react. It also won’t charge from a computer or a powerbank.
I went through the online help on the website but found no solution. I’ve opened a support ticket and I’m waiting for a reply.
I opened the phone to check whether the USB port connector had come loose, but everything seems to be in place.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get the phone charging again?
