New EE SIM failing to connect data

i have changed from BT mobile to EE and despite being able to make calls i have no data connection. Was on phone with EE for an hour with no success. Also reset mobile to factory settings and still no luck. Software is updated to latest.

next plan is to go into EE shop tomorrow.

Any advice?

Did they guide you through checking that your phone uses the correct APN (Access point names) settings?

They took me through APN settings and subsequently tried myself following instructions but no luck yet. Plan to head in to shop this morning. Thanks for taking time to reply
