Hi,
When I try to open the network settings on my phone, it closes immediately after opening.
If I open it a second time, it stays open. This happens every time if the settings haven’t been opened for a few minutes.
I’ve had this strange issue for quite some time already, and the latest update didn’t solve it.
I’m wondering whether this is something that just happens on my phone, or if it’s more common.

I had never experienced it myself before, but following your steps, I was able to reproduce it right away
Happens the same way for me, too. I haven’t noticed it before, either. Maybe logs could show what is going on when it fails in the first trial, however the issue is small enough (for me) to not put any effort into that.

Are you all on the same network? Operator? Location?
Not happening for me either and while I’m in DE as @janweiss and @Martin_Anderseck we dont share the same operator and @T4om normally isnt in the same country and def using another operator as I do.
I was able to reproduce it only once, then it did not happen again, but @T4om also mentioned some waiting time. The one time it happened, I opened the settings via the quick settings tile, not through the settings app.
After a reboot I was able to reproduce it once again through the quick setting, after another reboot not through the settings app. So probably happening through quick settings, only?
I am not sure I can even access these settings through the quick setting tile..

No, seriously: Tom is in NL, I’m in D. Tom is on the Dutch KPN network, I’m on Telefonica (KPN would be my Dutch roaming partner, though) and I can reproduce it 100% when going through the quick settings menu.
Oh, and you have to long-press the internet settings in the quick settings tile to get to the cog wheel you have to press in the next step.
Ha. When I used the long tap, from the quick settings. I could reproduce the effect of settings closing:)
