I have a strange error. I can’t call a specific number. My phone is blocking. If I move my sim card to another phone, there is no problem. I have tried deleting all network data, and deleting all user data on the “calling app”.
I would rather avoid a “factory reset”, as I have several “security apps” installed.

sorry to hear you experience problems when making phone calls.
how old is your Simcard?
it happens more often when a sim-card is more than 2 years old, it can give all kind of strange problems.
testing the Simcard in a different phone don’t rule out that the sim card has a problem.
you can ask you provider to replace your sim-card.
A reliable test is to test another SIM card in your phone, preferably from a different provider.

My sim-card is from november 2024, so rather new.
And its only one specific number.

Have you checked that you haven’t mistakenly blocked those numbers in the calling app you use? (I assume that if you have deleted the data in that app it would also delete those rules, but I’m not sure)
I would try what @T4om T4om says, to dial the numbers manually (without accessing them from the contacts app), with and without prefix. Maybe also deleting and re-adding the contact will fix it?
Another thing you could try is to install a different dialer app, like this one: Fossify Phone (F-Droid / Play Store; it is what i use on my FP3 and it works perfectly well)

I have also gone through all my blocked numbers (there were none), and tried creating the number and deleting it again. And also deleting everything regarding the contact person.
I have the country code on ALL my contacts.
But very strangely today, after 4 days, the block has disappeared.
It didn’t work yesterday and I haven’t done anything other than restarting the phone, which I usually do every night.
