As you had to replace teh screen after you dropped the phone its very likely just a loose connection.have a look at the YT ifixit video

iFixit tears down the FP4 – 10/10 (again)

Finally, Fairphone partner iFixit has been able to teardown the FP4. For now, we only have a video, but I hope the photo & text version on their website’s Fairphone 4 section follows suit.
