My Fairphone stopped playing sounds. The only time it plays anything is when I’m on a call (also not on speaker). Did anyone have this problem aswell. Is this a software bug or do I have to buy spare parts? And if yes which?

It sounds like you could maybe do with a little help finding the origin of your problem. You might like to read about the Fairphone Angels and see if there’s one near you (check out the map).
