Hi! I’m trying to back up my apps. According https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/210512123 I should go to My apps & games > Library, but nothing is shown. The little loading icon turns and turns. So I don’t know what or if anything can be backed up.
I’ve got a Fairphone 3 to which I would like to transfer all my apps and their settings automatically. I thought I could use my Google account for that but I’m not being very successful.
OK, I’ve been able to transfer all the data and apps to my new phone so the above is not relevant to me any more. However I would like to know why the library didn’t load. If anybody has an idea, it would be great!
