Microphones with headsets to quiet

Hi,

when I use a headset with my FP5 the other side always tells me that they can barely hear me because I’m to quiet.

There seems to be a prolbem with my FP5 because I testet the following.

  • My Jabra BT-headset is to quiet on my FP5
  • My wired headset with an USB-adapter is to quiet on my FP5
  • My Jabra BT-headset works fine on several other devices
  • My wired headset with an USB-adapter works fine on several other devices

Is there a way to change the volume of external microphones in the software or is the hardware or software broken?

To me, it looks more like the FP5 is not amplifying the external microphone properly. If I’m not mistaken, there is usually no separate microphone volume setting, so it could be a hardware or software issue.
