Hi all, both internal and external mics of my fairphone don’t work. I reached out supporting and it is still Months and a part from the default email to do my own check (that confirms that mics don’t work), nothing.
So as I know that they need to be substituted, even if I have the guarantee, I am willing to pay for new ones for myself as it is over 2 months. Though I can’t find any online market for these parts. Does it exist?

You are right, I just noticed looking at the module contents at https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/17750098804370-Fairphone-5-Repair-Price-list-and-FAQ-Cordon-Repair-Center
They are on the mainboard, which traditionally is not on sale. So Fairphone support is the right place to initiate the repair.

How to get a response? The direct msg is open for too short time and I have not been able to connect, I made several follow up to my ticket, nobody is answering!! Does anyone know of other channels were the assistance is responsive? I fear I will have to move away from fairphone, after so many years, as I cannot stay with a phone without mic. 
your right yvmuell. i removed my post, it does not have added value.
Opening further tickets through the app or answering repeatedly to an open ticket just increases the workload and will not speed up anything. So once one has a ticket number, the only they can do is waiting. Else only chat can help to speed up.
