Microphone not working

The microphone no longer works Webern I make or receive calls. It works with loudspeaker turned on (albeit at very litre volume (see other post)) so basically the handset is no longer functioning as a mobile phone.
How do I send it back for a replacement?

Oh and the spelling mistakes are because of the ridiculous touch sensitivity of the screen

If your process of incident is validated you get an entitlement of sending your return where Fairphone places

Pauls hint about massive backlock rather belongs to all answers to tickets. However it is better to open them by yourself although every support calls does it the same way taking your message by the supporter. Having a ticket
you can refer to it after getting phone connect to support team. There is a fair chance to get through by phone if you place your call right after opening times (9:30, 10:30) .

My fp2 fall during charge, what maked my microphone not working too!

I had to use the loudspeaker (and the secondary microphone) to send call.

I solved it simply by unplugging and replugging the module! :slight_smile:

Isn’t it a bit bizarre to ask someone to call when his microphone isn’t working? I cannot call now. You wouldn’t be able to hear me.

I wouldnot recommend to disassemble your device because I cannot give qualified advices like the official support team. However you can have much more hope with the official support team. They have more personal expert staff at the support phone hotline. Maybe a ticket or mail will already be answered faster. I would recommend contacting the FP support team.
