Dear Community, I keep getting the feedback on calls that when using the normal mode, I am barely audible. When I put it on speaker however, it works just fine. So I am guessing the microphone isn’t broken, there must be some issues with the settings.
Did anyone have similar experiences?

I’m having the same issue!
Same issue. mic has always been poor quality and would drop out momentarily but now does not work at all. I have to change to speaker and then works fine.
Why is there no more support for this seemingly common issue?
Hello, I don’t have FP4 so apologies for cutting in but perhaps you could test all the microphones using the app or the website guidance, and share the results?
Testing is not in the app anymore as far as I know
It still is in the App.
I did all the tests. Then bought a new microphone, but the problem is still there. Because it works on speaker phone I also think the microphone itself is not the problem. Any help from fp would be appreciated
