Hi, micro doesn’t work with apps, except when i use hand free mode.
Please help, i try to change the settings, it looks normal.
Did you check if all microphones are working well in the test menu (dial *#*#2886#*#*)?

It works in Fairphone OS but e.g. not in /e/OS.
Sorry but i don’t understand your last message, what i know, it used to work normally, every apps could work with the micro, but now, for exemple when i use WhatsApp , i have to put the speakers, to be listen, i can’t use google maps by voice, the same for Chat GPT…

Sorry I was not clear enough. The dial code for the hardware check menu does not work in /e/OS. So it’s rather difficult to check if your problem is a hardware or software problem.

Afaik the mike is not on a module. So you’ll have to contactsupport
