I’m able to record audio through an app. My recorded videos have audio in them.
My phone does not transmit my voice on phone calls.
I can hear the other person on the other side every time.
When I connect a Bluetooth headset I can make calls and my voice goes through. When I disconnect the headset and I make a call the person can hear my voice for about 1 minute then no longer.
Are there any long term solutions to this issue?

Is this on loudspreaker and or normal ear calls? Have you checked all mics through the tests? You can access those in the my fairphone app

If it’s the Internal Testing Tool I’ve tried using it but don’t know how some of these tests work.
Which test is for the mic and how can I determine if the test is passing?
I have exactly the same problem. I can hear the other person loud and clear, but (s)he doesn’t hear me back. Very frustrating. How can I test / help?
Are you perhaps accidently covering the mic on the left side with your hand whilst calling?
