MicroG dies on FP6 with e/Os/

On my FP6 wit e/Os/ since today MicroG aborts. As a result also my Outlook app for my mail and calender aborts. This is of course extremely annoying.

Restart doesn’t fix the issue. Can someone help?

Why not lineageos, without gapps?

I did and took a look there. Thank you for the hint.

I found a solution there in a previous, similar topic. Enable “trust google for app permissions” in microG. I had also to install Outlook again to have this app fixed.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean… What is “lineageos”?

LineageOS:
A free and open-source operating system for various devices, based on the Android mobile platform.
Although Google apps are not included in LineageOS by default due to legal issues, users can flash them with a .zip package, usually referred to as gapps, while installing LineageOS.

Then my answer to @dlkw is: Fairphone is delivered with Androis or /e/. I chose the latter to step by step get rid of google. I have not enough knowledge to do much on my smartphone by my self :slightly_smiling_face:.
