Unfortunately, this issue is at least known since Fairphone 4 and there is not a solution up to now.
There is a turnaround described in this article by Leowiz Massive sound issues in recording videos - #10 by leowiz.
Maybe it will help you. But it’s not the part of the customers to find a suitable solution, it’s the producers task.
