Many apps do not work without WiFi (Sweden)

When I use apps like Facebook, Twitter, Chrome there are no problems when I connect through WiFi. But using 3G do not work at all. The only app that work like it should is Instagram.

I am i Sweden using Telia as provider.

What is my problem? Is it the Fairphone or is it my local telephonecompany?

No 3G and no www at all except at home with WIFI (Sweden)

APN settings can be modified as shown in this post.
